What a beautiful and exciting weekend we had at EastLake Church in Chula Vista, California. We wrapped up a teaching series around wisdom with the topic of justice and opened our Experience Uganda exhibit resulting in just under 200 new child sponsorships. We are halfway to our goal after the first weekend! People listened, they prayed, they paid attention to what God was saying to them in the midst of this story, and they showed up in beautiful ways.
We are thrilled to invite the rest of our Network Churches into this opportunity this weekend. Wherever you are, thank you for being a part of changing two stories. We are looking forward to watching this all unfold again this weekend on a larger scale. If you have not had time to visit the Experience, make sure you do. It is open for three more weekends and during our EastLake Leadership Conference (ECON). We are so grateful to the people of Bright Hope for allowing us to journey with them and the people of Uganda from so many miles away.
